Here goes the review of Kadhalil Sodapuvathu Yeppadi (KSY), Siddharth turned as producer for the movie KSY. The movie which is a short film turned to 2 hours 30 minutes movie after its success. What made Siddharth to made this movie after watching a 10 minute short movie, will he turn his new venture into big by trusting a new director Balaji Mohan. Yes, the movie made it big and will surely attracts the youth, college goers and family. It will be wholesome family entertainer, but most enjoyable to watch the movie with your friend or girl friend. Let me come to the story, the story begins with Arun (Siddharth) and Parvathi (Amala Paul) answering to question about their first meet. The fight begins with the lovers there, Arun narrating the story of his first love to the audience. It all begins while meeting Parvathi in his college canteen disappointed, The first meet itself was bit mess for Arun. Later, they meet and gets introduced. The relationship grows and turns in to Love. Parvathi's parents always fight with each other and lands up in a decision to get divorce whereas Arun parents are good example for a husband and wife relationship. Arun friends Vignesh and Siva, who were hilarious in getting girl friends. The movies goes with problem of Parvathi family and Arun approaching his love each time, Atlast in one situation they broke up. Siva, friend of Arun introduces Rama and they plan to visit Pondicherry for John's engagement, there everyone comes to know that John's girl friend was Rama's ex girl friend. Their engagement is comes to big trouble due to Rama's trick. Arun comes to know this and convince the couple for reunion. Suresh (Parvathi's father) attends the marriage of his father in law and falls in love with his wife again and they get reunion, Parvathi after seeing all this, want to get Arun back to her life. So how the film ends is the story. The film starts from the Arun narration and how he breaks up his relationship. The movie is a romantic comedy justifies the current situation of the lovers and their breakup. It also have family values that nurtures the young generation Arun's parents and Parvathi's parents. The second half was bit long though enjoyable. The Siddharth performance as college student is good. Amala Paul fits perfectly for the role of Parvathi. Suresh is good to see him in tamil movie after a long time with matured role. The Friends of Siddharth Siva whose acting brings next ccomedian to Tamil Cinema and Vignesh's expression was awesome when his lady love call him as anna(brother)... Hilarious entertainer... Don't miss it..Director succeeds bringing the short film to a neat and approachable screenplay for all age. Rating: ****
